Let's debunk a myth... a minimum of maintenance is required.

WPC in general, and our product in particular, is a material with undeniable advantages compared to wood. Our WPC is of high quality, and the manufacturing process is meticulously followed through countless chemical and mechanical tests. However, it should not be thought of as a magical material that can remain unchanged over time and stay as it was when it left the factory. THERE IS NO COLORED WPC THAT DOES NOT FADE Pigments that do not fade when exposed to the sun have not yet been invented. It is a natural characteristic of the material (especially for light colors) to undergo an initial loss of color after installation, which then stabilizes over time. With a minimum of maintenance, the colors are well preserved and regain their vibrancy. This leads to the second point... WPC requires little or minimal maintenance compared to wood, BUT THIS DOES NOT MEAN ZERO MAINTENANCE. We repeat that there is no WPC in the world that can remain completely unaffected by weather conditions over time. Therefore, a minimum of maintenance will ensure a beautiful and functional flooring over the years. These clarifications are made to avoid creating unrealistic expectations for a product that nonetheless offers enormous benefits and advantages. |

IMPORTANT: PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
Goods are packed and shipped with the utmost care using protective materials such as cardboard and profiles to protect the corners. However, transporters may damage goods during the journey.
For this reason, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods in the presence of the courier and to report any signs of breakage or damage, even if only to the packaging, on the transport document. If it is not possible to carry out this operation thoroughly, it is essential to always have the note "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" written on the delivery note. Complaints are not accepted if this procedure is not followed.
IN CASE OF SLIGHTLY DAMAGED GOODS
If the plank shows minor damage on the hidden interlocking side, such damage does not compromise either functionality or aesthetics and cannot be considered a defect of the product.
In the event of damage to the visible side, limited to the plank’s corners, such a defect (since the plank is almost completely recoverable) can be compensated with a maximum refund of 1/3 of the price paid by the customer. In these cases, the legal warranty does not provide for the replacement of the entire plank.
